The Disconnect Timer

Back in the early days of Demigod, there was a 30 second disconnect timer.  This was before people could instantly leave the game by hitting End Game.  Every time someone rage quit, there was a 30 second pause in the game.  The timer was reduced to say... 7-10 seconds or something.  Then that particular issue was fixed, allowing ragers to just instantly leave (and/or concede).

Now as it happens, I play with and against certain people who get disconnected from the game frequently (say... 1-10 matches or more).  I'm in voice chat with one of them.  The voice chat lags for a few moments, then I can hear him again.  Demigod, however, kicks him out.  This happened to one of my opponents today and it really sucked.  It was a close game, but the disconnect pretty much made it impossible for our opponents to win.

Is there any way we can get a "vote to kick" or something?  Or increase the length of the timer, now that it's not going to happen every time someone hits "end game"?

This please. Every so often my internet will drop for 20-40 seconds. I have never been knocked out of another game (except for FPS, and then not always those). But I have always been DCed from Demigod when this happens. Raising the timer to 30secs-1 minute (perhaps with the option to kick them quicker if everyone agreed -- like in SupCom) would be nice.

no? Timer is now 30 (or 45) seconds...
