Registration failed?

So, about 10 days or so ago, I started getting a popup saying "registration failed". Took a little bit to track it down, apparently it's something Object Desktop related, I found this in the error messages. I'm running Windows XP SP3. I think it started after updating to the most recent version of Fences, though I'm not entirely sure about that.

I get something similar to this in the error log when ever Impulse updates, or starts up...
