installing on 2 computers with direct download version?

Ok so I read here that you can share a single serial for two games to play multiplayer.  I, as the title says, have the digital download version.  How would I go about installing the game on a second computer and using the serial for my game?  Or can I even do that?  Also, is there any possibility of messing up my registration or account by doing this?

just install impulse, & log in with the SAME ACCOUNT details and install. note should only do this on computers that are owned in the same household

And only playing LAN. You cant play together on ICO with 1 account.
