Changing common places and explorer text on mouseover

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, but i was wondering if anyone knows how to change the common places and explorer  font on mouseover. Normally I changed it from the VARIANT/NORMAL ressource from aero.msstyles with an HEX editor, but when I apply a WB skin the text doesn't change.

Btw, I'm running vista SP1.

Far as I know it only has one state in WB which is changed in Skin colors > Vista Part Colors

Yep, you can change the normal color, I mean the text color but there's only one option, there are not for mouseover and selected and that's what I want to change.
