icons instead of text

How do I disable the text so that only icons show on the right side of the start menu where it lists My Document, Music, etc.? I only see text instead of the icons. I don't even get icons with the text. I have the trial version with Vista 32 bit.

This is done with certian WindowBlinds skins on Windows XP, not IconPackager.  I don't know if this can be done on Vista/Win7.
