ObjectBar popups from ObjectDock???

I'd like to use ObjectDock, but I've got some nice popup menus that I made in ObjectBar that I'd like to bring up when I click on an icon in ObjectDock.  Is there a way to do this?

this would be like opening a folder as a menu (which you CAN do in ObjectDock), except, I want to open an ObjectBar popup menu when I click certain icons in ObjectDock.

Help?

I'm not sure if this is possible, but if you coud link that menu to a docklet you could put the docklet on ObjectDock.

That works to bring up the menu, however, there are two problems with that solution:

1. The menu pops up in one pre-defined location, not dynamically wherever the ObjectDock icon (or the mouse) is.

2. The menu pops up as a static ObjectBar on the desktop, and does not function like a popup menu.  It does not go away when you click elsewhere, or make a selection, like a menu should.

It seems that I (or someone) would have to write a Docklet explicitly to create a menu like the one I had in Objectbar.

This is just one more example of what appears to be a major problem at Stardock: they keep making these desktop enhancement applications (ObjectBar, ObjectDoc, DesktopX, IconX, Fences, etc.) that are not only not aware of one another, but often seem to cancel each other out (e.g. Fences and IconX).

Why can't you place a DesktopX "widget" onto an ObjectDock?  You can place a DesktopX widget onto an ObjectBar (with imperfect results).  Why is it that if you run IconX, your fences dissappear, and vice-versa? These are all Stardock products, why don't they play nicely together?
