Object Dock Weather Stuck....

When i put mouse over it still shows weather from saturday the 22nd and today is Tuseday the 25th... Why would it be stuck 3 days behind. Its also not even showing the right Tempture.

What version, free or plus?

What OS?

I have plus on Vista Home Premium 64 bit and it is working okay on the XP Home 32 bit system it is not working okay.

I have plus and mines not working right! :(

I removed docklet and then added it back,and still not right....  i tried unloading OD and then loading again.. still the same 3 days off!

I did the same thing, looks like the docklet is broke in XP, workin okay in Vista, no idea about Win 7.

Hmmm, this does seem like a recurring problem with Object Dock. :S

Works fine for me in Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, but the weather docklet is not without bugs, that's for sure.

Replace the weather ocx again and it works fine. I just tried it as mine was stuck also. Just follow the instructions in THIS thread.

For those who did it before here you go.:

     

http://sd.stardock.com/ken/stardockweather.ocx

to download the ocx file,then put it into C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock 

Don't forget to restart OD.:)

For me I wont consider paying for object dock at all  till I see the stuff working and that includes whatever I use for weather.

 

So far, the free version is cool but some elements are not quite there.. and until they do it right my boss's company wont bother getting them to do a 'dell dock' like corporate version for them.... like stardock did for DELL.

 

 

 

Shame, seems Stardock isnt wanting additional income.

Maybe they should hire me.. as I am  playing around with a stardock alternative myself from a not so great alternative to stardock trying to improve it.. But unlike stardock I wont put the product out till its working.
