Tabbed dock with the System Tray

Hi, all.  I am trying to add a tabbed dock where one of the tabs contains the system tray (XP, sp3).  I have Object Dock Plus so it should be capable and, in fact, i did it on another computer (my old one).

Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to duplicate result on the new computer.  Would someone please, sort of, guide me through the process, or suggest ways in which I can do this.

Right click the tabbed dock near the tabs > select Tabs sub-menu > select Add New Tab sub-menu > Select Add Systray Tab
