I'm sorry to post this but I have loaded and reloaded the demo version of Demigod and want to play against AI. I would like to learn about the game before I purchase it and not bother the more experenced players with multiplay. After I create my profile were do I go to play against AI? Thanks
I am not sure if the demo differs at all but try this.
Host a game and make it private. For your oponents, click the desried slot and select Hard/Nightmare AI.
Do the same for your team if you like, ready up and launch the game.
That method can be done in the full version, sorry if it is different for the demo mate.

When I try to host a game it gives me a Hostgame in GVP failed response.
You may not have the required ports open to host. Which may be blocking you, even if you are trying to fake a single player game...
