Desktop Earth Problem

Hi, recently brought Deskscapes and really pleased with it. Sometimes have the problem where it freezes after a full screen app (i.e. game) runs, and the second I plug in a second monitor it all goes to hell, but I think that is just Vista :p

 

Anyway, my problem is that when running the Desktop Earth dream, just after I restart my computer it looks great, stars in the background, atmoshpere around earth etc... but then after I run a full screen app, like a game, or plug in the second monitor, I lose the stars and the atmoshpere, and just noticed I also lose the dark side of earth, it just goes solid black, no lights from cities etc...

 

Not sure what is going on here. Any help please?

Same problem here (Vista x64). Switching to a 'normal' wallpaper and then back to a dream 'solves' the problem for me, though.

it doesn't solve it for me :( lol. just tried it, and no luck. Still just earth without the stars or atmosphere, or dark earth with city lights.
