looking for tech tree tools and others...

I had to recently reinstall my OS and used to have a program that i could create my own tech tree or FX. I know i'm not going crazy but i can not find this program ANYWHERE! =P

 

If anyone has an idea as to where to find it that would be great!

Its called tech edit for DA its found in the library and if your using TA just go into your program files find the tools section copy the tech editor program to a pen drive.It should work anywhere ive used it on other computers works fine.
