Theme Manage Problem - Suites Wont Apply

I recently downloaded Theme Manager today (Wed, July 29 2009) and a couple of suites.  The StarDock applications that I have downloaded AND INSTALLED on my computer are:

Desktop X

Object Dock

Icon Packager

Object Bar

WindowsBlinds

Impulse

CursorFX

LogonStudio Vista

ThemeManager

The suites I downloaded are already uploaded into Theme Manager.  The themes I am having trouble with are only ones I download.  The themes I am trying to get to work are:

Covert Ops by Philly0381

SttealthOS by Philly0381

Can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a problem with theme manager, but nobody wants to talk about it I guess. I have asked similar questions in another thread, but no real help or answers have come my way.

It seems the problem is with themes that do not include the actual pieces with them, i.e. those that need to download components from WinCustomize.  We are looking into this.

Theme manager still has issue's applying themes or Suites. It fails to actually dowload the WB, Icons, Cursors, wallpaper or anything associated with the theme or the suite, mostly with suites. Mainly because My Colors are all inclusive Themes, and the free ones download via Impulse once you have a Registered version of My Colors installed again via Impulse. My main issue is I applied the Free Glass Burgundy Theme and after awhile I wanted a change, so I reverted to Vista default skins and found that all my Folders are permanetly set to the Burgundy Folders. I even ran Icon Packager, rebuilt the Icon cache, made sure I used the default Vista Icons first. Still have Burgundy Folders. I cannot get a good answer as to why I cannot reset my Icons all to default. the only way I can change them at all is to apply a different My Colors theme, then they will change to that themes folder Icons and stay that way. I cannot simply change Icons and folder icons at all now.

Sorry if this was not the correct forum to postO:)

Have you tried applying the default icons though IconPackager?  If that doesn't help, e-mail support@stardock.com and we'll do what we can to get you sorted.
