I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, please move it to where it belongs if it needs to move.

 

Picks up a copy of Puzzle Quest off of Impulse..and the game is unplayable.  The mouse jerks around, rubber banding wildly just trying to move it.  I can barely manuever to the quit button, then to yes.  I'm on a pc, not a laptop which I have come to find out, appranlty has trouble playing this game.  Not exactly sure what I"m supposed to do at the moment, not like I can go back to a store and return it.  Heck I'd like to play the game..just not sure how.  Any thoughts?

So no response? I'd very much like to know what to do here. I payed 10 bucks for something that doesn't work.  Is there a refund process?

Is there an option to use hardware mouse?

 

EDIT: Oh dang it, I just noticed this topic is way old...that will teach me to trust the latest post...lol
