I recently bought the ultimate edition (dvd-rom) and both of my dvd drive can't read it. It tells me to insert the disk which is obviously in already. Help.
If the disc is bad, you might try exchanging it at the store for another copy. Failing that (or if you want to save the trip back), you can also register your serial key and download the entire game via Impulse.
