Cannot register SOASE

I cannot register SOASE on impulse no matter what I do. I just recently bought the Entrenchment expansion pack, and I was able to install it, after many tries. But my computer had a major crash and I had to format the HD, and now when I try to register, it gives me the 204 error code saying that my key is incorrect or the email adress is wrong. I have tried that download that is avliable on the support site, but it does not work for me, or im just not installing it right. (which would be really weird...)

Either e-mail them or use the contact forum on the page, tell them your problem and they will have a member of staff reply to you within 2 days.

 

This happened to me and i managed to fix it by contacting technical support!
