Favor Items not saving bug or intended ?

Hi,

 

I didnt play Demigod for about 2 month. However i just played about 5matches last few hours and now i m worried if this is a bug or a new stupid feature. All my favor points were reseted and after buying some favor items they are gone the next match. Arent they supposed to stay ?

Is this known and will be addressed soon? Or is everybody now just saving favor points until the system is better ?

Favor was completely reset/wiped with the 1.1 patch, it was intended so sayeth Stardock.

And the items dont stay for the next match either ? Thats intended ? Why should i buy a 2k favor item ever ? Takes me between 11 and 20 games to get 2000 favor :X

I think this game is getting worse sometimes with each patch :P

The latest patch (2 days ago) should have corrected the issue with favor items not being saved.  It did for me anyway.

Yes and even before the fix it didn't actually even deduct the favor points for buying it, except in singleplayer.

However -- occasionally if you buy a new one it might not save it for the next match even with the fix, but I've only ever seen that happen if something goes wrong like the the game ending before 3 minutes or a desync.  But then it shouldn't take the points away either.

If you are actually having your favor items not save, and still losing the points that it costs to buy them, with the latest version of the game installed, and in games that are otherwise counting for stats normally, then I'd guess you'd want to contact support.

Ok, I ll test some arround. Just saw that my item wasnt saved i didnt track the actual number of favor points to be honest.
