Still no functionality for Ctrl-Alt-Backspace on a secondary Vista Machine when on a domain

Anyone know the answer to this?

My vistahelp files are the same rev on both sides.

Any help would bew appreciated.

Also is there a standalone 1.22 installer, vs. the upgrade through Impulse Now?

Doesn't work in a non-domain, either.  Or if it does, it has NEVER worked for me.
