Game won't launch

Whenever I tried to launch the game I get the error message

"The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Registration .LNK' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again."

Then the autorun screen pops up, lets me access Impulse to update etc, but won't run the game.
