Trick leave so you don't get a loss.

Hey you guys,

Today just before i'm writing this.
Me and my mate won from the NR1 & NR2 from the costum ladder rank.
We were winning big time, last before they trickleaved we killed 1 and the other had 100 hp left before he got safe.

Then we had the disconnect screen with both running same time etc.
Result, we don't get our well deserved win and they keep there winning streak. (is it? or do they do this allways?)

We think it has something to do with pulling your connection or ctrl+alt+del quit game.

Is there something we can do?
I do have the replay etc in .rar file, so if you guys need it.
I could send it.

Hope to see some usefull reply's because getting and keeping rank nr1 like this is stupid.

Why do U think they've disconnected ? When such things happens it means that just U was disconnected from the game host. And they stay in game and beat U as AI or in terms of team concede. That's all. THere's no trickleave. If U're left the game and this game continues during 10 minutes, then it gave lose to your team in Pantheon stats of anywhere else.

You're talking about custom games right?

 

It's really simple..if the host leaves before the game ends the game wont count on stats, nothing really tricky about it. Custom rankings can easily be exploited, therefore mean nothing.

No, it's @ anygame. Even in Pantheon game U can see at Connection window. If there's a text <eject player> then U're game host.

If the host leaves a game, it does not count 90% of the time. Lots of people obsessed with their e-peen abuse this.

And to top it all off StarDock apparently reset stats beacuse of wins and favor illegitemately gotten from bugs, but didn't fix this which is arguably the biggest problem with stats. :')
