Jesus christ fix these two hoes. One or both of these things needs to happen:
1. Decrease Heal/shield amount
2. Increase cooldown by DOUBLE
Play more and learn. I am a decent player, and I have found that this game is very well balanced. Heal and shield are nusanes, but definatly not OP.
There are plenty of counters for this honestly, If me and my partner play a healing sedna or duelist build 1 of 2 things are going to happen.
1. If shes stacking mana her survivability is not optimal and a nuke will down her or make her run off
2.She'll go oom.
With queen there is that time inbetween casting bramble shield that she is vulnerable I mean im not an expert but there not OP at all. not in the least.
What do you usually play as anyways? Maybe you need to switch up a tactic or something, thats just my 2 cents.

Sedna seems pretty balanced, except vs Torchbearer. Sedna > Torchbearer big time.
Just try to play a game with 2 torchbearers vs 2 Sednas.
1. Decrease Heal/shield amount = no
2. Increase cooldown by DOUBLE = no
If you do that. Then they are no funny to play and if you are playing well you can kill them both.
Sedna trades her high health regen for DPS. There are items to counter this, and skills to impact Cooldowns.
Both Sedna &QoT are not overpower if you don't know how to beat them then it is your skill that is not good enough go & practice some more
