Theme Manager Cursors

I recently purchased the object desktop package, which came with theme manager.

There is a tab for cursors which apparently lets you change your cursor.

Ive downloaded 2 cursors now but cant seem to upload them into the program.

 

This is the cursor im trying to get

Does anybody know where im going wrong?

You will neeed Cursor FX to use the cursor files. LINK There is a free version,which works quite well and a paid version that gives you all kinds of options.(resize,recolor,effects,etc.)Either one will let you use the cursors you find here on WC.
