Insentive to keep playing

Hi. I understand that the topic of players quitting because losing ( or winning for that matter ) seems certain has been done to death and I must admit that I'm one of those players who sometimes quits when I think the result is a foregone conclusion.

I'm just wondering if there is an ingame insentive to continue playing. If I felt that every creep I kill was still gaining me XP to spend on favour items or that I'll lose favour points if I quit then I'd be more tempted to see the game through to the bitter end. Does such a game mechanic exist ? Are there any plans for it in the future ? are there other incentives to continue playing I'm unaware of ?

Similarly is there a way for the lobby leader to end the game by mutual conscent ? voting buttons for example ?

( I'm a pretty casual gamer, sometimes I play on in the face of adveristy just because I'm feeling bloody minded, other times I'll get ganked in the first 5 minutes and think "sod this" and go play counter strike. I'm sure some of you disaprove of such a cavalier attitude but people like me are a pretty common demographic so constructive advice to make all our game experiences better would be appreciated. A team concede option is going to be added in the near future, which will allow a team to admit defeat and end the game if they think continuing the fight is pointless.

There is also going to be a penalty for quitting early that causes your disconnect ratio to go up, increasing the chance that players will boot you from game lobbies as well as setting you back in the matchmaking process.
