Regulus potion drinking causes maim

It's not a big deal since it only lasts 3 seconds, but when a regulus drinks a potion he maims himself.  Happened when I drank a combat potion with no other reguluses in the game.

Haha... a funny side effect of healing simply being "Negative damage".

 

I wonder if UB Diseased Claws himself with a potion, then?

If that's how it works then this is a huge bug with life stealing... you would maim yourself every time you autoattack, But I'm sure somebody would have noticed that by now.
