Can't activate my games

My computer encountered a virus a while ago, and I have only just recently been able to redownload my copy of GalCiv 2, Dark Avatar, and Twilight of the Arnor. After I downloaded them and reinstalled them, it would not activate them, saying that my serial number wasn't assotiated with the email I used. I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you've forgotten the email you registered the game to, contact support@stardock.com and they should be able to help you track it down.

I don't know why this is happening. I have sent them an email describing my problem, now I'm waiting for a reply.

I don't know what you mean by forgetting the email I used. Just so you know, I'm useing Impulse, which I think sends out an email automaticaly when I click Re-activate, so I can't see what the email says.
