Help with object dock taskbar

i want to know how i can do of object dock my default taskbar i want as soon as anybody speaks with me in the msn my taskbar changes of hide to show it active, it is very difficult explain it but when anybody speaks with me i can´

 

t see it until that i mouseover on the taskbar

object dock (which is Stardock) or rocket dock (which is not Stardock) ?

 

did you try setting the indicator to 'bounce' ?

are you using the setting in objectdock to hide window's taskbar?

yes im using the option of hide window's task. why? i only want to do that when anybody writes me in the msn the taskbar shows it because i normally have the taskbar hide do you understand?
