one PC, two OS's and one ODU license

I have a computer with XP and Vista Ultimate installed in a dual-boot setup. My question is can I use my single license of Object Desktop Ultimate and install the "XP compatable only" programs of ODU on my XP partition and then install the remaining "Vista compatable" programs on my Vista partition?

Yes. The license allows for install on 2 computers, as long as you are primary user of both and both are not in use at same time.
