In a 2 vs 2 pantheon with one AI teamate each is it wrong to beat up on the AI first in a fight?

Played a pantheon game last night where orginally it was 2 on (1+AI). I was on the team with the AI and wasnt doing bad eventually their regulus player left the game so it was 1 on 1 with AI teammates.  It was a fortress game and when the opposing team attacked my forts i quickly dispatched the enemy AI so i could focus on the human oak and dispatch him. Anytime their AI would get near my base i would dispatch him fast. This got the other player so angry he called me an exploititive b*tch and quit.

I don't think i did anything wrong i just took advantages of opportunities he could have taken as well. Was I wrong in doing so?

You did nothing wrong. The other player could have dispatched the AI on your team just as well. Honestly, he was probably upset when you started to lead the match because he originally had an easy win since the match started out at 2 players vs 1 player + 1 AI.

Imo there's nothing wrong in killing the AI when it gets in your way or threatens to do destroy one of your buildings.

However if you go out of your way to farm the AI I'd consider you to be a cheap player.

The AI is not an opponent, it's just an annoyance. Treat it as such.

LOL. This is like saying. If you find a 10 dollar note on the street, don't pick it up!! Yeah right!

Yeah he had chances to kill my AI but i would intercept him and use foul grasp to stop him so my AI could escape to they crystal. I guess you could think i was cheap because if the oak and reg were near me i would spit and foul grasp the reg and kill him in seconds then i would pound on oak and if he started to run i would use wand of speed and pummel him . All that gold gave me really good armor and made me unkillable to their current gear

No. More like driving (teleporting) to the other end of the city to pick up a 10 dollar note.

Personally, I think it's wrong that the AI is there in the first place.  You're not 'wrong' for playing the bloody game.

It sucks to be the guy who gets stuck with the AI but it's not your fault that the game is lopsided.

I like how they couldn't take you down even though you originally had the 1 AI...
Seriously though, if he was calling you a female dog just because you were "exploitive," then he was just being very, very, immature. It's like playing video games with a 10 year old. "umm, u cant use dat cuz it 2 cheep dur dur." Yeah, that and everything else I can use to win is cheap too right? I remember playing Tekken Tag Tournament when I was around that age and we would always call each other cheap when someone manages to win by jamming at buttons. I guess it was cool when you were 10 and couldn't learn how to block, but it isn't cool now.

True. The AI is completely incompetent and a poor choice for a replacement. What were the QA thinking when they saw the AI consistently fed themselves on Nightmare? That this would be the norm in online games?
