Stingray 3rd party components not skinned

I'm currently evaluating DirectSkin to use it in our product and run into trouble:
- We have a MFC application (Visual Studio 2003)
- We use a 3rd party library called Stingray from Rogue Wave (http://www.roguewave.com/products/stingray.php)
- I followed the DirectSkin example code for an MDI application
The trouble is: The Stingray components are not skinned (Rest of the application is skinned perfectly)
Does anybody have an advice for me how I can make it work?
