How long do you have to wait until youre download shows in impulse?

Good eve peoples,

 

I just bought my first game on impulse today and i expected the download for the game to show within the hour of my purchase. That was like 6 hours ago and still nothing. So i'm wondering does this happen often, letting paying customers wait n stuff. I did send them a massage thingy about it but all i get is they're off celebrating or something and they will be back on tuesday.

It is usually available instantly, that is after the transaction is approved and Stardock receives the money.

I usually pay by credit card and am always able to download it straight after.

on my own experience, i had the game about 5minutes after the transaction with stardock
