Why does SD ban people who complain?

First do NOT use the same ID in the forum as you do in the game (or same email) if you plan to complain about an SD game.  You will be banned from both.  Getting banned from forum no big deal, but the game is another story.

Then frog claims they kick accounts that aren't linked.  Well my account used to be linked but it got banned so I can't reply anymore under that account.  So obviously I have to post under an account that isn't linked.

Plus I have another account in which I never complain and only praise SD...and guess what it's not banned.  So much for them bannign accounts that aren't linked to people who bought the game.  The only common factor is...if you complain you will be banned.

But the sad thing is...you'd think he'd want to keep the complainers here instead of going to other game forums to complain where people who have NOT bought the game will hear about the garbage service SD has.
