IP Not Visable in Impulse

I recently did a Vista64 reinstall and now I don't see IP in Impulse. Is this a problem or am I doing something wrong?

maybe there is an incompatibility issue here..you must check the vista if its compatible with the version of impulse product

IP should have no issue on Vista x64. Try clicking the Impulse orb > Preferences and using the reset data option.
