want to upgrade cpu(could use some help)

I think my CPU is bottle necking my system and would like to upgrade. I don't know much about all the fancy different types out there but here is my mobo specs(below). I currently only have a

Pentium E2180 (C) 2.0 GHz
  • 800 MHz front side bus
  • Socket 775
