Just curious, and hopefully I won't run into the situation again 
, but is it possible to surrender or resign the game? I was playing my first game and on the losing end of a 2 v 1 conflict among the last 3 civs. There came a point when I knew I wasnt going to win or even stop the war, but to finish the game I had to keep going until every system had been conquered.
