About Us: Xen of Onslaught strives to enhance and enrich the online gaming experience for adults through the use of actively supported forums, voice communications and dedicated game servers. There are several hundred members in our community and we are all about PvP.

   Xen of Onslaught is a respected adult multi-gaming guild with over 800 members spanning several gaming fronts including: Warhammer, Age of Conan, Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Darkfall, RFO, and COD4. We are a be all, end all guild that will fit every one of your guild needs for Demigod and the many games to come. A community of adult veteran players we will revel in power through tactical, military might and experience.

   We're putting this together in preparation for the future Clan Wars DLC for Demigod, which has been officially announced but the release date is still TBA. Xen of Onslaught has been around for a long time, and we're always on the look out for serious members who want to enjoy Demigod in a professional and adult environment. Below is a list of people who have joined our fold, and will be taking the steps towards building a new Demigod division that we intend to have survive for a very long time.

   We are active in posting on our forums and in ventrillo hosting a 250+ person server with plenty of people online at ALL times. 

   We are Xen of Onslaught...prepare for war and let the onslaught begin!

   Membership/Recruiting:
All recruits interested in joining XoO will be on a trial membership status for a month and then promoted to a full member once the alloted time has been fulfilled within the guild. The purpose of this period is to make sure your an active member of our community, make sure your right for us and allow you the ability to focus on relations within the guild to build strong ties with our members. Xen of Onslaught is all about friendship, ties, and teamwork and will emphasize the importance of this in our many strategic and effective methods of battle.

   Since full membership takes a full month there will be no immediate restrictions on ability or functionality. We are not an elitist guild, but one that allows every one of our members to have a good time; be them a new recruit or a 7+ year old veteran. You will have the opportunity to voice your opinion and be taken seriously rather than be a number in a nameless guild. Membership will progress the moment you sign up and not when the game is released, so join now and become a member of a great guild that will last a lifetime.

   Once you are accepted into XoO, we encourage you to get involved on our forums and in game right away so we can get to know you! As with most things in life, the more you put into the community the more you will take away from it.

   You must be 18 years of age or older to join XoO. This isn't based solely on maturity, it is adult gamers tend to have a different set of priorities and our goals are to get people together in an environment they are looking for.


The Application Overview:

  At present, the Demigod Divsion has no leader or organized goals for long term, yet. We've several applications open to people interested in not only joining, but if they show enough interest, perhaps even take control of the division itself. We offer three different time slot areas. There is much to be done in the growth of this division, and it takes a good amount of enthusiam to really keep people motivated and the numbers strong.

  The application process for this game is simple, since there needs to be a ground floor opperation to get the ball rolling and to start gaining momentum for CLAN WARS.

Unfortunately filbit i have to be the bearer of bad news. I have to be adamant on the age question. XoO is a mature guild, and that means we use foul language in a tasteful and awesome manner :P. However, because of this the policy is that we cannot allow minors onto the vent with us. It is not my policy, however as a member and division lead i must enforce it. I understand that you are probably more mature than akujin (who will never see this post because he's lazy), but nevertheless must respectfully decline your application at this time. Yeah sorry fliblit, we're not that  foul-mouthed anyway. Just covering our butts i suppose.

I haven't played GW with xen, hell i hardly touched the game. We got games we're good at, and we got games we're bad at, but we usually have a division playing any big time games. Hell, we have people that still play Rising Force online.

  5. I want to be to work with a group of people that know what they are doing and perhaps learn a few new tricks from them. Also looking for good teamwork.
  6. Hopefully help others play well and enhance my playstyle. Also be a good member of the community.
  7. I usually play support roles such as Ice TB or Healing Sedna. I'm good with Sedna, Oak, Ice TB, Rook. My biggest problem is just getting favor point for items since i just started playing online.

  2. What gaming experience do you have?/How often will you play during a week?: MMO, strategy, action/adventure and FPS are the styles I prefer and have focused on since early childhood. My weekly playtime varies, 20-40 hours/week.

Why do you want to join XoO/Why do you feel you'll be a good fit?: I want a group to play Demigod and other games with, the ability to get to know ones teammates offers a nice advantage during team play. The fact that XoO plays multiple games is also nice. I don't yet know that I am a good fit, I suppose that that is what the trial membership is for.

How will you improve our guild and be a valued member?: Starting, my contribution will be a warm set of fingers at a cold keyboard willing to play many hours. I know not how I can help to improve your guild as I know nothing of its structure, strengths or weaknesses , but I'm sure after observation I could come up with something if I have to. In addition, I am at the very least a person who can understand strategy, follow a game plan and think on the fly, making effective, rapid decisions when a course of action needs to be modified.

What weaknesses do you find yourself having?: I am good at games in general, I have, in the past, been an effective raid leader in several mmos. I enjoy AoE, healers and BIG DPS. I enjoy gathering professions and those that benefit my class while playing mmos. One of my bigger weaknesses during team play is that I cannot stand a person or group making the same mistakes repeatedly. I learn quickly and I expect others to do so as well, in other words, I do not play well with those who pull me down.

    I play about 20-30 hours a week, and have done so since i am 16, i played Eve, Wow, Coh, Cs, C&C ect ect

    I hope to get into XoO to find next lvl gaming in DG, and mabey other games.

    My contribution will be an active member with a sense of humor and a hart for gaming.

    Im good at bring dps to a battle, i often play a big Gankish, for me burst dmg = the way to go in pvp. i play a Oozer atm in dg, tried a minion erb and oak before that. Sometimes i go support with sedna, but as i said, i like dps classses. My weakness is patience sometimes. In Dg i have to be carefull no to overextend.

    Was once an officer in a top luxon guild in GW (KING), but quit b/c not enough time in college.  I can play a few hours a day, most days, esp. weekends.

    I want to play in premades for a change, and up my game by learning from others

    I will be a (hopefully) competent player, who works well with others.  I'll try to learn from others and hopefully make a positive impact in clan wars.

    I do spit or ooze UB, and ice TB, snipe/mine reg.  I should learn more different builds, though.  Also, I tend to be very vulneralbe to ganking because I invest in speed over hp, generally.  Also bad vs tower rooks until we get treb. upgrade.

Hey all, have been looking for some consistent teammates...hope you guys are the answer.

2. Played various RTS, FPS, and a few MMOs; play will vary with work but like to play 2-3 times during week and one day on weekends

5. Would like to join in order to have a regular group to battle with.  This game definitely requires skilled teamwork and that's tough in a PUG situation.  Should be a good fit given that you're looking for maturity and generally people to just have fun with.

6. Should be able to contribute to the overall enjoyment and improve the experience by being another skilled, fun person to team up with.

7. GMT -5 (EST)

8. Weekdays would average 7-11 pm if available and weekends on and off depending on what's going one.  Play time varies with work and travel schedule, but a normal week would be about 10-15 hrs of fun, hehe.

Basicallly, none of my friends play demigod which has limited me to pubbing it out.  I like playing games with team mechanics, however coordination is severly lacking in pub games in demigod, so it would be nice to play with some ppl in ventrilo.
  6. What will you contribute to the guild? How will you improve our guild and be a valued member? I don't really know what I could contribute in terms of resources or technical abilities.  I have had too much drama in guilds/clans in the past, and won't be contributing any of that nonsence.  All i can really say is that I will be a good team m8 and will try to do anything that is asked of me to help out the team.

  5. Why do you want to join XoO/Why do you feel you'll be a good fit? The best part about these games is the interaction and teamwork you can acheive from belonging to a Clan/Guild. And the fact is the best way to learn is from players better than you.
  6. What will you contribute to the guild? How will you improve our guild and be a valued member? I am a vocal member who is happy to lead and train new players. I will be active in Clan issues and will strive to be the best I can for my team mates.

I am good with TB, Sinpe/Reg, Queen and experience with all the others except Rook (dont like him). I will charge ahead and chase down almst dead opponents for the kill. Happy also to play the support roles and use my abilties to help teammates.
