Computer crashes via WindowBlinds

I recently had a computer crash:

Source: System Error

Category [102]    EventID:1003

I have gotten different error codes. The most recent is

Error Code:  100000d1  Parameter1  01000007  parameter2:00000002, parameter3: 00000000  parameter4:f7866f0a

When plugging in the parameters into regedit.exe  it goes to WindowBlinds !

A previous  attempt I brought it into a shop and the technician  Windowblinds probably caused it to crash.

On another  crash, it went there and there was problem it seemed with videocard

I reinstalled WindowBlinds 5 and got a similar error.

HELP !

uninstall via impulse - reboot - reinstall via impulse - reboot

If you haven't done it recently, updating the videodrivers might resolve odd crashes.

I have Windowblinds 6.4 saved on disk. I don't like impulse. I had trouble with it
End of quote

Where did you download 6.4 from? It could be that the copy you have on disc is corrupted and isn't usable. If you used Impulse early on it has been greatly improved.I have used it since early beta with no trouble at all.You will need it to update your software. It can be installed, used to update then uninstalled if so desired.

Otherwise, you should contact support at Stardock and give them the info you used when you purchased WindowBlinds, maybe they can send you a link to your software.
