being in two lobbies at once?

when i leave a lobby and then join another, i think im still being connected to the old one. once the screen flipped between the 2 lobbies. sometimes ppl in chat arnt the ppl in the lobby but in the old one. anyone have the same experience? btw, i havent played much on this patch but it happened last one.
