Where are the patchnotes listed?

Ive been trying to find this out too, but no one had the answer yet..
They shoulld be visible by right clicking on demigod in impulse and then going to "View History". However, since this is a beta, no patch notes were included.

I've only ever seen the same troubleshooting tips in there since release. I've never seen anything that even resembles a changelog from that.
Because there hasn't been a changelog. The only thing that the updates have been doing is tweaking connection and net code stuff.
You can go to impulse right click on demigod and go to history, although you wont find any patch notes just some journals of frogboy on what they are doing to improve the connection issues, because there havent been any gameplay changes since day 0 patch.
Changelogs will most likely be kept and posted in a more regular fashion once there are actual gameplay changes being made, but for now, "improved networking stuff" is pretty much the gist of what each set of notes would tell you.
Was the Favor system fixed? The last 3 games I played on the net showed sustained increases that make it appear that it was fixed, but the wild unpredictability of this bug makes it impossible to know for sure. Could just be randomness.
