Metaverse Registration

I'm trying to register myself for the Metaverse, using this page: http://www.galciv.com/playerreg.asp
But when I hit "register" on that page, all I get is a screen that says "The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. "

Is anyone else able to register? Is something currently wrong??

The actual error message is at the bottom of the page. Anything above that is some hints for those not as experienced with computers.
