GIMP Interference

I have the program GIMP and I recently installed the Objectdock onto my computer. I can run Gimp from the desktop icon but when I drag and drop it onto the Objectdock and try to run it, it doesn't run and and says that certain components are not working.

If you cant see what it says the box says "script-fu.exe has stopped working" when I run it off of the Objectdock all of the ___-fu.exe do not work but when I run from the desktop icon it works fine.
