Weather Docklet Crashes OD after hibernate

The weather docklet is crashing Object Dock after I come out of hibernation with my laptop.  I tested this by disabling my wireless connection while the weather docklet was running.  If I try to update the weather, the dock crashes.  I've sent the crash report adn I was advised to clear the docklet cache.  I did that but I'm still having the problem.  I read another post that describes the same problem, but that was nearly a year ago.  Does anyone have any advice for this?  Thanks.
