New LE exploit

Haven't seen this one in the forums yet.

Kill yourself with your own poison potions and you'll be credited for a kill and get gold

I can just see someone doing this on accident. I don't think this is a new "exploit," and that Stardock and GPG didn't see this one coming. It really isn't beneficial for you if you kill yourself unless you steal your enemy's kill by killing yourself. Killing yourself just for the gold isn't really worth waiting for the death counter and losing valuable time to gain experience or farm gold. But if you can kill yourself just before the enemy kills you, then that would be amazing, and I would make a YouTube video of you no less than thirty seven times.

I dunno... you could farm some good artifacts fast with this tactic and dominate.

Maybe. Do you get experience for killing yourself? If not, then you will fall behind on experience, and farming gold fast won't help you if you are like 4 levels behind. Even if you do, the large death timer on higher leveled demigods is a huge price to pay. And remember, they don't stop getting gold when you die, in fact they may get assists for your death. The absence of one person for a period of time might not really affect a 4v4 to 5v5, but in a 2v2 the absence of one member hurts and allows the other team to push like crazy and get gold from the towers. If they are good enough, they can 2v1 gank your teammate as well.

And you must take into consideration the circumstances that must exist to make this exploit possible. First of all, you must die after you invested a point into the skill. The skill isn't available until level 5 or something, and by then the death penelty can be felt. After you ressurect, you must run back and get the potion immediately after they start doing major damage to you. It isn't worth the effort and time. You get like around 1000 gold per kill, and you will have to repeat the process 8 times to get 8k gold for the Mageslayer or the Orb from the artifact. The time will add up, and while you might get the gold faster than your opponent if they aren't smart enough to take advantage of your absence, they will almost definitely be higher in level and have taken out some of your towers.

My take. I doubt this thing will become a majorly abused exploit in the game.

Um, I don't exactly see how you can 'farm' the poison potion when it requires you to DIE before you can drop it.

The description for poison potion insinuates that poison potions should heal himself, this is likely just a bug rather than an exploit.
