Pre-Order - Where's my download option?

Hey Impulse,

 

I pre-ordered Demigod in Sept of last year, during the beta I played here and there and eventually formated and never bothered to re-download the beta until it recently launched.

I went to the Impulse software, but there is no option for me to download the game? What gives....

Please assist.

Did you buy the game with the same email address as your Impulse address?

Have you tried to used the lookup serial number functionnality in Impulse with the e-amil used fro the purchase?

Do you have un-installed applications hidden?  I see that happen to people sometimes.  I can't remember where the option is in impulse but there is a place where you can set up your view.
