Show 'Icon' tab in File/Folder/Drive Properties dialog doesn't work

i check it, apply, close and reopen IP, and it's unchecked.  i get no tab to change icons manually, which sucks because i have an issue where sometimes live folders won't change, specifically the Downloads folder.  here is the issue https://forums.stardock.com/171811

Depending on the the file type and OS (and OS bit) that may or may not shop up.  Check on the properties tab.

ok, but shouldn't it remain checked in the  IP settings?
