Activation problem
Invalid key or e-mail address error
I've been trying to get WB to work on my Server 2003 install (using it as a workstation on my laptop, and it's a legitimate key) but for a reason I can't understand it's telling me that I'm using an invalid key or e-mail address. I could understand if I'd maybe made a mistake entering the details but before I even went to install it I used the account retrieval link to make sure it was what I thought it was. Is there some other issue that might cause this? I've sent an e-mail in to support but I don't know what time they start and thought someone on the forums might know.
