All Achievements / Favour Items Lost

I'm now stuck at -555 favour points and I lost all of my achievements as well as my favour items. What gives? I don't understand how many bugs can be in this game and they still decided to release it...

I guess having no favour items is better than crashing every 20-30 minutes whenever I level up....
