Demigod - I can't log in, not account problem

Heyas:

I can't log into multiplayer at all. I keep getting the 'invalid user name/password' message.  The thing is, I am using the same login/password I use for my impulse account.  I only have one impulse account.  I updated my impulse account months ago - maybe as long as a year ago - with a new email address.

The solution proposed that I have two accounts is not relevant in this case, as the game registration is showing up under my email address, and so far as I can tell I have only ever had one email address associated with my account info.

So...I can't log in, and I have the right login/password. I purchased the game through IMPULSE, downloaded and installed it through Impulse.  I'd much prefer to have a solution to my problem, since it is not likely that Stardock will give me a refund....

I have exactly the same problem - i even changed my email adress a year ago like you did. Perhaps this is the problem.

Is your password more than 12 characters long? There is an issue with the login box such that only the first 12 are sent, so if your password is longer, it should work if you change it to something not quite as long.

No, my password is not longer than 12 characters.  It is less than 10 characters.
