Outlook office 2007

I am wondering why Outlook does not skin it stays the same default colours a blue the fonts skin the window skins but tiltle bars and menus do not except for the fonts. It is no biggie same for Winword 2007 and excel. I use Vista ultimate 2 gig of memory 1 gig of memory on video card

that happens to me whenever i need to restart the DWM. if you have TweakVista, it's n the Display - Advanced area
