Demigod won’t install

Hi, I downloaded Demigod through impulse, but now it won’t install. When I try to it just sits at a window called “Installing Demigod” and in the window it has “Please carefully read the following license agreement” and at the bottom it has a box to check, but I can’t. And has a small progress bar with 5 boxes that just keep looping through. Any help?
