[BUG] A few TB bugs ive found so far

I know you guys have bigger things to fix atm but just thought I should post the bugs i've come across thus far while playing the TB. 

- In fire mode you can not attack while moving, this is not the case in frost mode or for any other DG so i am assuming this is a bug with the attack animation.

- It is possible to get circle of fire below a 10 second cooldown with items/flags, however lets say i have it at a 6 second cooldown and cast it again after 6 seconds, both circles will disappear when the first ones timer runs out, thus making the second circle only last at most ~4 seconds while still resetting the cooldown completely. There are other times however where after casting circle of fire the cooldown will be increased from 6 seconds back up to 10. Im not sure what is causing the cooldown to change as often as it is but it is a very easy bug to replicate using the staff of renewal as a favour item and controlling a -15% cooldown flag and simply casting circle of fire a few times as fast as you can. I have not tested to see if this is the case with other spells that are possible to get the cooldown lower then the duration of the spell.

- Randomly when clicking a target to cast a spell the spell will not cast, this will continue until you tell your DG to move to a new location and then cast the spell again.

- Not sure if this is a bug or if its just me but the wording on Deep Freeze is confusing, I believe it would more accurately describe the skill if it read "interupts spellcasting and increases the cooldowns of spells by x%, for a maximum of y seconds" since longer cooldowns never actually last for as long as the percent indicates.

Dont think its a bug. His attack animation just takes longer then when he is ice so he cant hit while moving. Anyway it helps balance so :)

Yea this bug can happen with any ability that needs to have a target selected. Abilities dont happen most often after a warp (try Erebus Warp>Bite).

Yea, deep freeze will never affect the cooldown of its targets spells longer than the time on its debuff which I believe is 7 seconds.  That makes it only effective against skills with fast cooldowns, ie: fireball.  I imagine this was not the intention since most cooldowns are longer than that, but I could be wrong..
