Resolution Problem

When I first installed the game I opened it to a 1280x720 resolution, my native resolution.  I updated the game and now I can only select a couple resolutions and my setting is stuck at 1024x768, which I haven't used since about 3rd grade.  I know my computer hardware and I've updated my video drivers and everything else.  I'm running a gtx280 so any suggestions?
